Couples Therapy
Strengthen Your Connection — From the Comfort of Home
Navigating relationships isn’t always easy. Even the strongest partnerships can face challenges from daily stressors and shifting priorities, to communication breakdowns and deeper emotional wounds. Over time, these struggles can leave couples feeling disconnected, misunderstood, or stuck in patterns that are hard to break. Couples therapy offers a supportive, collaborative space to explore what’s getting in the way of your relationship thriving. Together with a trained therapist, you’ll identify unhelpful patterns, understand underlying needs, and develop tools to foster a healthier, more fulfilling connection.
Please note: All couples therapy services are provided exclusively via secure telehealth, allowing you and your partner to participate from the comfort and privacy of your own space.
Couples therapy can help with:
Frequent conflict or recurring arguments
Trust issues, including infidelity
Communication challenges or misunderstandings
Building deeper emotional intimacy and connection
Navigating separation, divorce, or major transitions
Supporting one another through mental health concerns
Aligning parenting goals.
Whether you’re hoping to repair and strengthen your bond, deepen your connection, or part ways with clarity and respect, couples therapy provides guidance and support every step of the way.
We Offer Couples Therapy Exclusively via Telehealth
We believe that therapy should meet you where you are, both literally and emotionally. That’s why we provide all couples therapy sessions exclusively through secure telehealth, making meaningful growth more accessible, comfortable, and effective than ever before.
Why telehealth might be the best choice for your relationship:
Convenience without compromise: No commutes, traffic, or rearranging schedules. Simply log in from wherever you feel most at ease.
A more authentic experience: Meeting from the comfort of your own home often encourages deeper conversations and more honest sharing, allowing therapy to reflect real dynamics and foster genuine progress.
Greater flexibility: Online sessions make it easier for both partners to attend regularly, even with busy work schedules, kids at home, or long-distance situations.
Private and secure: We use HIPAA-compliant platforms to ensure that your sessions remain confidential and protected.
Real-life application: Doing therapy in your everyday environment can make it easier to integrate new communication tools and relationship skills into daily life.
Telehealth isn’t a second-best alternative; it’s a powerful, research-supported way to engage in therapy that can lead to deeper connection and lasting change.

Fees and Payment
While insurance often does not cover couples therapy focused on strengthening your relationship, we believe the investment is worth it. Even if we are in-network, insurance companies require that one partner be identified as the client, receive a mental health diagnosis, and that all sessions focus on treating that diagnosis — which limits the depth and flexibility of true relationship work.
Our approach is different. We focus on helping you and your partner build connection, improve communication, and heal from conflict in a supportive, collaborative setting — offering you true relational healing.
For this reason, couples therapy is offered on a private pay basis. We also provide a sliding scale to help make this work accessible to those for whom cost may be a concern.
