Each package includes at least one strategy meeting (see below for some of the tasks that can be accomplished in the strategy meetings) and our Building Your Practice Packet. This packet includes: Building Your Private Practice Checklist to make sure you have all your i’s dotted and t’s crossed, Imagining Your Private Practice with questions to get you thinking about the kind of practice that is going to be right for you, and Building Your Policies and Paperwork which can help you identify the important items to protect your practice.

Singular Success - $150

  • Includes one hour-long strategy meeting

  • Ideal for someone wanting to dip their toe into private practice planning

The Basics - $400 

  • Includes 3 hour-long strategy meetings

  • Building Your Practice Packet

  • Ideal for someone wanting to flesh out their ideas for their practice

Ready to Build - $625

  • Includes 5 hour-long strategy meetings

  • Building Your Practice Packet

  • Ideal for someone who wants support moving through the finer details of starting a practice

Scaling Up - $1000

  • Includes 8 hour-long strategy meetings

  • Building Your Practice Packet

  • Ideal for someone who already has the basics down, but is ready to grow their practice to the next level

Ala Carte - $150/hour

  • Add an additional hour to any of the above packages

**Strategy meetings will be tailored to your needs and can cover many different aspects of building a private practice. This can include, but is not limited to:

  • Identifying your needs and desires for a private practice

  • Completing appropriate paperwork and ensuring the practice has all appropriate documentation for business formation

  • Decision-making around the finer details (i.e. virtual vs in-office, choosing an EHR)

  • Setting rates 

  • Marketing and attracting your ideal clients

  • Creating practice policies

  • Building client paperwork and work flow for new clients

  • Creating systems for managing billing, documentation, and client care

  • Hands-on support with business formation paperwork, building marketing materials, or creating intake documents, policies, or other paperwork for your practice
