Amy is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Texas with over fifteen years of experience in clinical practice. She is a Clinical Fellow with the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists and the San Antonio Association of Relational Therapists. 

Amy received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Iowa and a Masters of Education in Couples and Family Therapy from the University of Oregon. 

Amy has been in private practice in some form since 2011. She has worked as an individual in practice in both Oregon (previously) and Texas. In 2019, she created Evergreen Counseling SA, PLLC in San Antonio and has since expanded to include contracted therapists.

Amy is passionate about helping therapists find their footing in the world of private practice. Just as there are a million ways to practice therapy, there are a million ways to build a practice.
